From Pendleton:
Drive east on interstate highway 84, take exit 234 ( Emigrant Springs State Park), and drive straight past the entrance to Emigrant Springs State park. At the end of the park frontage road, continue straight down a dead-end service road called Westminster Lane. At the end of the frontage road, do not veer left onto the freeway overpass. If you cross the freeway overpass, you've gone too far! Travel down Westminster Lane for about 1/4 mile (look for a sign) and turn right into Westminster Woods.

From La Grande:
Drive west on interstate highway 84, take exit 234 (Emigrant Springs State Park), cross the freeway on an overpass and then take an immediate left onto the Westminster Lane service road at a Y intersection just after leaving the freeway overpass. Travel down Westminster Lane for about 1/4 mile (look for a sign) and turn right into Westminster Woods.
